International Coordination

The ICN seeks close cooperation on antitrust issues with other international bodies working in the same field, such as in particular the WTO, UNCTAD, and the OECD.

The International Coordination project was created with the goal of strengthening ties between the ICN and International and Regional Organisations (I&RO) in order to promote greater competition advocacy.

In order to enhance engagement between ICN and other relevant international organisations the project includes:

  • Working with ICN Working Group chairs to identify ICN work products that are particularly suitable for use in the provision of technical assistance; and
  • Liaising with regional networks and international organizations to identify opportunities coordinate technical assistance and outreach efforts, in particular those using ICN work products.
